Acoustic design and treatment for private cinemas

The work covers how the room behaves, not a catalogue of panels. Early reflections, the balance of absorption and diffusion, and low-frequency energy are considered against the seating and the screen wall.

Isolation from the rest of the home is discussed with the architect where the structure allows it. This site does not publish STC ratings or guarantee a measured result in advance of the built room.
